About AID Los Angeles-Orange County

AID LA-OC has originally formed in 2005 with like minded volunteers coming together from SoCal universities and the community. Growing through more than a decade of dedication and enthusiasm, we put up the biggest Holi Event in the SoCal region. Our volunteers are driven towards the cause of AID and have helped us sustain through the formative years. We are a healthy mix of long term members and college volunteers who contribute while getting an education in LA or OC. Currently, our team consists of about 10 active volunteers and nearly 50 event volunteers. Our volunteers work on fundraising ideas, help review project proposals, initiate and provide support for projects, review and monitor progress of projects, campaigns and other activities of AID. Volunteers also have the option to visit project areas during their trip to India and share their experience of AID's work in villages with the NRI community. We also provide volunteer opportunities with our partner organizations to interested volunteers. Join Us
