FAQs:

What is the Dress Code, and How do we come Prepared for Holi?
We recommend that you wear comfortable clothes. Holi is a festival to play with water and color, so be prepared to look colorful and wet at the end of the day.

How do I get to the venue and where can I park?
The Seaside Lagoon is located at 200 Portofino Way in Redondo Beach. From 190th Street go west toward the beach until the street ends, then turn left on Harbor Drive, and proceed for about one mile. You will see a parking lot at the Redondo Beach Marina. Go into the parking lot and go to your right.

How do I check in?
Please bring a valid photo ID and proof of purchase email to our registration desk. if you purchased a student ticket, bring your current student ID for verification.

Can I bring children to the event?
Yes, we encourage getting the younger generation interested! Kids under 5 can attend for FREE. Parents are responsible for supervising their kids.

How can I get colors ?
We do provide one packet of color per purchased ticket, and in addition to that you can buy more color at the event for a nominal price.

Is there food at the event?
Food can be purchased from our food vendors (cash only).

Is there alcohol at the venue? If not, can I bring it?
No. This is a non-alcoholic event in accordance with beach regulations. You might get fined by the authorities if caught with alcohol !!!

Will there be music during the event?
LA's Finest DJ Sukh will keep you entertained with the Best of Bollywood, Bhangra and Holi favorite tunes throughout the event on both days!

Are there any facilities for cleaning up after the event?
Yes, there are restrooms and wash facility. Please bring towels, change of clothes and some body wash / face wash for clean-up after the event

I am unable to make it. Can I get a refund or transfer the ticket to someone else?
We do not offer a refund or a transfer. We will be unable to move you to an alternate date. Tickets are valid only for the date shown.

Is there anything else I should be aware off?
By purchasing this ticket you agree to not hold AID or its volunteers liable for any injuries or illness. You will be exposed to color and water during the event. Please ensure to take adequate measures to wash / dry / clean up and stay safe through out the celebrations.
